Kyle Reicher - Sculpture
Reception:  March 25, 2006, 3-5 PM

Often playing with the contrast between the weight of the matter and the lightness of the gesture, Kyle Reicher fabricates steel pieces with a minimalist approach, then marks them with a story: balloons and steel kites to heavy to fly or plus-size wishbones and horseshoes, suggesting an equally-sized wish for good fortune.
